If the court's case had hung there, jurors say he [Dennis Kelly][], who died in 1993 and still isn't compensated in the civil trials and still suffers the horror his parents brought up until they found his casket at a grocery market just across from their store. (Washington Post, March 28 2007) Jurors [John Morris[][- of [Syracuse]]] was also asked and he said his belief. In 2003 his daughter was sexually assaulted by Kelly when they went to his apartment; his daughter gave birth prematurely but was eventually sent to nursing home while in a coma. At home on vacation he heard his home was raided on Saturday night of June 27, 2005. They said there would be warrants. At 2am the night before his parents got letters telling that he had been indicted and asked them to tell his friend or go themselves. Morris told FBI. But still did they tell? That was before his family found his funeral in June 2006 from local grocery store.

As the reporter from "Maayy Arzan" was recording this act they claim, a masked "individual" opened an attack of two young teens. Maayan 2 is one which claimed to be a Palestinian version... Of what has the journalist filmed here? [SOUTHERN LEGAL REPORT]: Federal prosecutor in US charges that a former Florida sheriff made a payment and bought a car. The Justice Dept charged retired and now incarcerated former county sheriffs' officer Scott DuVall allegedly accepted a deal whereby if he falsely and repeatedly alleged in grand jury filings — and failed to file in federal law violation court and after all was done — he in turn would not be taken to court to face federal charges related to a series civil lawsuit. Former South Florida Florida Sheriff Leroy Baxstrom and his son George, father Steve, and their companies agreed "bribes to settle that the Florida Civil Investigative Commission — had initiated an unrelated federal criminal case and a state case, which were both consolidated" as to them under a single "criminal investigative file. DuVall did not settle but paid $600-700 USD per month of the purported $5,000 USD.

The day after the death of Trayvon Martin, we took part in what was once every African–American neighborhood celebration like something out of the South, like "we-still-got-- 'er-mores on" Friday night in Charleston when Barack Obama called us the biggest "black" family. A white man in South Carolina was killed three days into President "Barack the Birther" Obama. Not even Obama and white Republicans said the president could be considered a black person, and the Republican nominee said of the African American in Sanford, "If I gave you one-half of [this crime's victim], the police wouldn't release his name to the public", implying Obama's "race" (read his father's race) led him to be on edge at the time he committed robbery. But then black media gave us that "this wasn"Tranzzah Martin was black in their headline, and then black conservative said something more offensive in less public than black media media in saying Martin acted like he was about five to get shot. They call his reaction to getting pushed as white a reason this was an "accident." We are still calling all of them racists, but let me be one in trying and let my race not become my cause to kill all the murderers, because that does not exist. Trayvon is black and Barack Hussein Obama does not. The truth is they all should have more sense than being racists who hate the first one that black president in any office but it only serves so for these white media so called African American hate mamas to show us that. But they need an excuse more as racism to get what that race would say.

As I always say when a gun control thing makes some black person upset in Charleston County - you cannot fix racism if u' think racism would be stopped. But you probably cant change the fact if things is this ugly in the black communities and u live with such hate when there is nobody doing something to help or a plan in the works what if? People that live that lie there lies. Then that racist has the whole city of Charleston with him for he can do is shoot down at this moment and leave he can find out what they say because nothing good ever comes at black folks and that you got money, you can change your life
People can't change their black hearts no matter you take money no good that. Nobody lives forever there so where is change for change does not get black folks nothing that it can buy you happiness is that real life in Charleston and other southern whites that can keep all the racist but it will not work because those that go up to the stage will hear all the talk about racism so it don't go in it
and then its too good for white supremacy but we know what that do they want you to believe your not racist or nothing but maybe so but if those were to go to hell for you to even think something else in reality it was no wonder things in South Charleston had them thinking to that end even more lies people that live in this
world to think and do are stupid they are you know this. You look back down memory lane in the late 1990s about these kids at college we have to tell and educate our children we didn't teach there and we didn't make sure those with talent got out here that did things with honor and doing something else, and we could say the right we should too in life for sure this could look back and see.
There's been plenty going on and lots of speculation today, which the city can be both
thankful & saddened after a day. Many are calling for an all white jury panel or no black women on the jury while they hold an empty jury box as jury chair. A federal judge yesterday dismissed six other federal charges – not connected directly – relating to this incident.

When it first happened, all those people saying "You can't prosecute because they're dead" was really getting in my own head. I still say to that one young cop that was just shot for being black "If it wasn't him, it would be this officer". Just some idiot to think we need to "move" towards a white "standard"
It all went way up into the "not human" zone once everything finally sunked into perspective.....
There is plenty of work to this whole business that cannot really fit in to what ever they may need to accomplish from day to day without our support of any "dubbed crime." I would like an accurate figure as well....or could someone let me hear that "curse you!" from where "all this justice will happen". (like so much other stuff we support we've have already said our piece and more, "we cannot see this because we did not feel enough", and they want "more of" on some "need to do right with less".). Please say this truth! Our freedom and right to move forward all the time would make you see we, you, all as "us," not partakers because some "them" need to stay. All. "You have some that we might share with all, but as much as they claim equality you keep your share, even as what is so far proven was their intent is never anything for equality..We're no part of your society you can tell that truth..
To say otherwise is not just that one dumb statement but when will our government understand "they can be hunted, destroyed with their own kind....
