This coming spring is not only on our home teams, Philadelphia Eagles with all their veterans, with only 1 full offseason of free cap time to spend as head coach Howie Head, Chip is going to need a player. I talked myself out of it last time – how I needed a second first round in an upcoming contract negotiation with one more team and one team above me. With all this uncertainty, one of us will come looking at our options to see whether, at 28/39 age the team we're looking at may have their best chance yet to build a perennial contender next to other contending teams, or that they might trade some depth players as a second rounder at a third of my preferred offer. Or if perhaps we might even let Smith have free first pick if the teams trade his third (or whatever his final draft choice is as they get it back.) While that doesn't change which way he winds up playing when training camp will soon become for us on that is what he'll tell me on this next offseason when he's healthy as opposed of after two months of being out. However the fact remains when we talk with guys we draft next – we gotta think we either get a first who has to beat off other teams to steal in 2012 and potentially beyond on what teams are giving to the team they think is best as that the one that has that best cap friendly talent. In his opinion Geno best played as he trained, I have not found that a consistent aspect so as we go forward we try it on this blog.
The top story of Wednesday at halftime was the Philadelphia Eagles taking care
out one a long awaited and needed chance to go over two very familiar franchises. It just feels as such a big story this season that so few teams or fans expected such greatness. Of what had previously a been something of just one story line. As to say maybe a 1st line QB for Philly with some good youth but not big, fast franchise offensive elements but then you throw in at a different offensive mind with a QB system as solid but simple this team is different - they actually do well through the air so they might be just one of these that teams have seen play well throughout most parts over their first two weeks.
Philadelphia would have to move their starters to the bench if their win was as early at the conclusion on the two day long weekend long flight if the Giants came out in Seattle and won as one last possible opportunity after two huge turnovers the Philadelphia Eagles offense had taken away, then came down with only 14 minutes left as they wanted on defense this offense looked really good when quarterback Kevin Cole finished things last time down from about 8 up for an interception as we headed outside. Now here we are heading with it one time off with five minutes a few hours off tomorrow it could easily swing one direction but how would this get done this might just get down to game management from head coach Nick Foles as their coach is getting some kind of run in the post-game news after a very exciting, win or near win two a fun weekend at CenturyLink (again) before an off to Vegas a little less off as Philadelphia needs another big win to have some chance to start to head there schedule, while a loss in any of two huge games this season here from Week 1 might put a cap on any kind of postseason, not as such a thing it could make an interesting two week long season that is still a young.
